We have no rigid MOQ. You can order a single sample pump for evaluation, a small batch for a pilot installation, or container-load quantities for a major infrastructure project. Standard models typically ship within 15–25 working days. Custom configurations require 25–35 working days. Our flexible approach means you test our quality and service before committing to volume — exactly the way supplier evaluation should work.
Our standard production voltage is 380V/50Hz three-phase. For export, we routinely supply 415V/50Hz (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa), 220V/60Hz, and 440V/60Hz (Americas). Single-phase 220V and 110V options are available for smaller models. Always confirm your local voltage and frequency before ordering — operating a 50Hz motor on 60Hz power changes pump speed, flow, and power draw. We configure the correct winding and impeller diameter for your specific electrical supply.
Every pump is wrapped in anti-corrosion film, sealed in a heavy-duty wooden case or pallet, packed with desiccant for humidity protection, and externally labeled with product information, handling instructions, and destination markings. We use packaging that withstands the rigors of ocean freight — your pumps arrive in factory condition, ready for installation. No repacking or refurbishment required at destination.
Our standard terms are 30% deposit via T/T with the 70% balance before shipment. We also accept Letter of Credit at sight and can negotiate terms for established, long-term partnerships. All payments are handled securely with full documentation support. Our goal is to make the transaction process as straightforward and risk-free as your pump investment deserves.
To specify the correct pump, you need seven key parameters: flow rate (m³/h or GPM), total head (meters or feet), medium type and temperature, pipe diameter, voltage and frequency, installation orientation (vertical or horizontal), and preferred material (cast iron, SS304, or SS316L). Providing all seven lets our engineers recommend the optimal model from our HDG, HNG, HPL, or HZX series with precision, typically within 24 hours.
Calculate your system’s maximum simultaneous demand flow, then add a 10–20% safety margin. For example, if peak demand is 50 m³/h, specify a pump rated for 55–60 m³/h. Avoid the common mistake of significantly oversizing — an oversized pump wastes energy, creates excessive system pressure, and shortens component life. If your demand varies throughout the day, a VFD-equipped pump adjusts speed automatically to match real-time requirements and eliminates this problem entirely.
Total head equals static height plus all friction losses through pipes, fittings, and terminal equipment, plus a 10–15% safety margin. For long or complex piping networks, share your system layout with our engineers — we provide free head calculations as part of our pump selection service. Underestimating head is one of the most costly specification errors, resulting in insufficient flow that cannot be corrected without replacing the pump.
Always position your operating point in the middle third of the performance curve — the high-efficiency zone. Operating here maximizes energy efficiency, minimizes vibration and noise, extends bearing and seal life, and provides headroom for system variations. Avoid endpoints near shutoff or maximum flow, where cavitation risk increases and efficiency drops sharply. Our IE5 permanent magnet pumps widen this efficient operating range significantly compared to conventional motors.
Pipe diameter is determined by economic flow velocity — typically 1.5–2.0 m/s for suction lines and 2.0–3.0 m/s for discharge lines. After calculating from your flow rate, round up to the nearest standard DN size. Undersized piping increases friction losses and energy costs year after year. Oversized piping wastes material and installation budget. Our engineering team can verify your pipe sizing when you submit your system parameters.
For large-flow HVAC circulation and building water supply, choose a vertical inline pump (HDG series). For high-flow industrial transfer, fire protection, or applications needing easy maintenance access, select a horizontal end-suction pump (HNG series). For tight mechanical rooms and retrofit projects, the ultra-compact HPL direct-connect pump is ideal. For sewage, wastewater, or fluids with solid particles, choose the self-priming HZX sewage pump.
Cast iron offers the best value for clean water applications in HVAC and general building services. SS304 is the right choice for potable water systems, food-grade applications, or mildly corrosive environments. SS316L is necessary for seawater, chemical processing, or highly corrosive media — the added molybdenum provides superior pitting resistance. All three options are available across our product range. When in doubt, our engineers help you match material to your specific medium composition.
Standard centrifugal pumps handle fine suspended particles without difficulty. However, for fluids containing sand, grit, fibrous material, or solid debris, you need a sewage pump. Our HZX self-priming sewage pump features an open impeller that passes solids up to 50 mm without clogging. This is the proven solution for construction dewatering, municipal wastewater, and agricultural drainage where debris in the fluid is unavoidable.
Vertical inline pumps (HDG series) save floor space, install directly in piping with no baseplate, and are ideal for HVAC loops and equipment rooms where space is at a premium. Horizontal end-suction pumps (HNG series) provide easier maintenance access through a rear cover and better suit large-flow applications where horizontal piping is standard. Both types are available with standard, VFD, and IE5 permanent magnet motor configurations to match your efficiency goals.
Check these issues in order: Is the pump properly primed with all air evacuated from the suction line? Are there any suction-side air leaks at flanges or valve stems? Is the motor rotating in the correct direction (swap two phase wires if reversed)? Is the system head exceeding the pump’s rated head? Is the suction valve fully open and the strainer clean? For HZX self-priming pumps, ensure the casing is filled with water before first start.
Common overload causes include: operating at excessive flow rates, an open bypass allowing uncontrolled flow, impeller jammed by debris, abnormal supply voltage or unbalanced phases, bearing failure creating mechanical drag, or incorrect motor sizing. If your pump trips, shut it down immediately and diagnose the root cause before restarting. Our after-sales team provides remote diagnosis support to get your system back online quickly.
Vibration and noise typically result from operating outside the pump’s high-efficiency zone, an improperly anchored base, pipe stress transmitted to the pump nozzles, worn bearings, cavitation from insufficient suction pressure, or impeller imbalance from damage or debris. Check these systematically starting with the simplest fixes. Persistent vibration not only creates noise but accelerates bearing and seal wear — address it promptly or contact our support team.
Mechanical seal leaks commonly result from incorrect seal material for your medium, dry running destroying the seal faces, abrasive particles wearing the surfaces, shaft misalignment, operating pressure exceeding the seal rating, or contamination during installation. Replace the seal with the correct material — silicon carbide for abrasive applications, carbon-graphite for general water — and ensure proper installation.
